The bottom slogan reads: "Liwa Ashura al-Thamin" = "The Eighth Ashura Bde."; c. 2015. Al-Thamin/Thamen = 8/eight. There are two double-pointed Zulfiqar swords surrounding the hand-fist logo, indicating that this is a Shia-Muslim militia. The Arabic slogan that semi-surrounds the fist also reads: "Liwa Ashura al-Thamin", just in a different script. The fist arises out of the word "Ashura", and that word seems to resemble a dome on a mosque. Thereby, this could be a "Holy Shrine Defenders" militia. I believe this is a PMF (Popular Mobilization Forces) militia operating in Iraq. There is a flag-pole sleeve at the right (hoist). [Not to be confused with a similar-named Japanese comic action-figure, Maji Wiki, video game: "Al-Thamen" c. 2021.]
